Rates

All rates are based on a one-year lease. All applicants must pass a credit and criminal background check, and pay a $25.00 non-refundable application fee.

Our leases include 132 channels of cable TV and high speed internet.

Most of our leases begin in May or August, although we occasionally have openings at other times of the year. Please call as soon as possible to reserve your desired move-in date.
